China High Quality Custom Nitrided Screw Barrel Supplier
EJS has been producing nitrided screw barrel since 1992, now we have 12 nitriding furnaces for our own production.
Speaking from the cost, nitrided screw barrel is a great choice for general purposes and for pure plastics, with maximum length of 10 meters, therefore almost any size of screw barrels can be made at our factory.
Currently we mainly use gas nitriding for nitrided screw barrel, ion nitriding will be introduced to our factory when the new plant is ready.
